1. Where's the best place to use these tags?

a. Wherever there's a need for you to be notified. Especially when someone finds an item of value to you, like your backpack, luggage, your pet, your car keys, even your wallet.

b. Many times when someone finds a lost wallet, there is no immediate way to contact the owner. Sure, the owner's driver's license may have their address but no phone number. So, the finder can use a smartphone to scan the tag, which in turn, asks the finder to provide and send their contact phone number with the SEND button.

c. Here's a good idea. When you go to an event like the Fair, attach a 'Notify-Me-Tag' to your child in the event they get lost.

2. Are there business uses for these tags as well?

a. Some people have Post Office boxes in various facilities. Usually, these facilities don't notify you if you've received mail. Some facilities have an indicator on their website that mail for that day has arrived, but you don't know if you received any. You'll know if they scan your 'Notify-Me-Tag'.

b. You might have your car in for repair and upon repair completion, your 'Notify-Me-Tag' can be scanned per your request, to notify you that your car is ready.

3. How do I know which 'Notify-Me-Tag' was scanned?

a. Each tag has a unique tag number above the QR code . When scanned, you will receive an email containing the tag number AND a link to the GPS scan location.

b. Clicking the GPS link in the email automatically displays a Google map of the scan location.

c. The tag number also serves as proof to a lost item finder, that you are the owner.

4. Can more than one person be notified when the tag is scanned?

a. Yes, you can optionally specify up to two additional email addresses.

5. Can I order additional 'Notify-Me-Tags' in case I want to place them in different locations?

a. Yes, we support up to a total of 9 tags per account. Tags come in sets of 3.

b. Sign in to your account page and select the specific 'Notify-Me-Tags' you wish to add or replace.

c. If you should ever need more than 9 tags total, submit a support request describing your special requirement. We accommodate special requests.

6. Do all 'Notify-Me-Tags' ordered have a unique tag number?

a. Yes, each 'Notify-Me-Tag' has a Tn tag number above the QR code .

b. There are 3 break-apart laminated tags per tag cards numbered T1-T3, T4-T6, and T7-T9.

7. If one of my 'Notify-Me-Tags' becomes damaged, can I order a replacement 'Notify-Me-Tag'?

a. Yes. Sign-in to your account page and select the specific 'Notify-Me-Tag' set you wish to replace or add.

b. There's a $10 charge for each replacement 3-tag set.

8. Why would I possibly want to order additional 'Notify-Me-Tags'?

a. You might have more than one car or set of keys.

b. You might have many backpacks and luggage bags.

c. You might have many pets.

d. There are many other useful ways these 'Notify-Me-Tags' can be used. We would love to hear your suggestions.

e. Remember, the owner of the account is the one who receives an instant email notification message every time the 'Notify-Me-Tag' is scanned by any device capable of scanning a QR code .

9. Sometimes I can't be at my work station or my desk and I need to know when someone needs me. Can they just do a quick scan on my displayed 'Notify-Me-Tag' to alert me of their presence?

a. Certainly! Another example of convenience and time saving.
